U dive? I like Phuket, u can chill along the beach at night with seafood n live band a while island hopping in the day, snorkelling or dive especially at the beautiful phi phi island. :D

Actually over there is very relax, the life over there very slow pace, I like the ba kwa over there, you still can have short shopping as well, seafood restaurant. From Singapore drive in take about 45 min. If you want contact I can ask my collegue then you can call and ask for informàtion.

Thailand - BKK to party/shop,it's like orchard/bugis.
Phuket for water sports & chilling.

I've never been to Vietnam Ho Chi Minh before but I heard it's good! :D

And lastly, can try Penang, a very good place to have a very short getaway, things there is very affordable too, I think you'll end up spending 1/10 of your money per pax if you travel there.
