Did any bros here ever experience the following:

a) during Teens (due to lack of "pic" / "live" experience, we had to HJ to gain the "release" therefore we PCC alot during our teens and young adult), when we first hv real "live firing" we were "kan jeong" anxious/nervous and did not perform well enough even for 5mins...

its very accurate & I thot I was the only one suffering fr this trauma.

i'm trying to rectify the issue by staying healthy ie. moderate exercise, watch what i eat and pcc occasionally only.
