Nusa Bestari, JB town & Johor jaya which is nearer if I'm driving fr Tuas checkpoint? Hope all e experienced bros can advice me! Thanks in advance!

Nusa Bestari is definitely nearer Bro. Exit from No.308 if I'm not wrong. Sign shows Johor bahru & Pasi Gudang. From malaysia checkpoint takes abt 10mins if cruise at 110km/h. Hapi searching! :)

If its JB town, its better to go from the old Causeway. Toll is cheaper too.
