First of all, she was writing in reply to rotiprataman, hence the suggestion of SD came from rotiprataman. Secondly, which part of the message suggests that 24yo cannot be her fb. Her point was the exact opposite. She was looking for guys around her age which are most likely paying school fees and hence is unlikely to have spare cash to be SD. So once again, READ PROPERLY!
