TS i think its just all a matter of personal preference....there is no benchmark for WLs...they are free to price themselves at whatever rates that they choose.At the end of the day if they price themselves out of the market then it simply means that they will have little or no business.
But having said that who are we to decide who should be in what category? TS might think that currently what he is looking at is not worth paying $150 for but there will be bros who will be willing to pay for that quality. Conversely TS might be willing to pay $150 or more even for someone that other bros might not even want to pay $80.
