Am new member. wants to make payment so as to get out of moderation, but have been unsuccessful for the last two days !

want to make the 9.9 payment. complete all required details for payment. last column ask to continue, but when click on was ask 'please wait' Have waited for more than 20 mins each time, but transaction unable to go through. Have to abort twice !!!
