am going to ktv for the first time today, always been to LSBs etc, just asking, I know about the happy hour (2-7) or non happy hour (7-12) etc. But if I were to go at around 10pm, I still can go in right? Or the prices are different cos its not in the packages. Planning to go xin shang hai. Anyone know the rates etc? thanks!;);)

u better call nsh book room first if not last min go no room. call nsh to ask for rate too. better call now if not full liao

If u intent to just go like this without booking in advance, i will suggest forget it. Even if u call and book immediately, u can also forget it.
