Registered m1 card can get as cheap as $5 (usual price 7-11 is selling) .. But if you make a trip down to little India (area within 10m radius of mustafa centre) there are many people selling discounted calling cards outside those shophouses stalls) normally there will be a guy sitting behind a glass cupboard that are filled with 30-50 different types of cards. N you get 5-20% off the recommended retail prices of these cards.
