If you want bros to help, at least tell us what is wrong with your dick, besides just 'infection' :
- pus filled sores?
- open, painless sore?
- itchiness?
- pain upon urination?
- or what?

Sometimes an infection may take more than three months to present symptoms, or it could be the second time that infection is showing (manifesting) symptoms, as the earlier one had been so mild that it was missed.

In any case, the Kelantan clinic has many experienced doctors and a vist there would be the best way for you to resolve your concerns.

Anyway TS, just becoz its more then 3M since you last had an intercourse doesn't mean infections cannot surface after that. If its a urethral infection, it can sometimes surface after 3M as guys tend to flush out bacteria or viruses when we pee (sometimes not in full so infection sets in after 3M. There have been cases whereby it surfaced only after as long as 6-12 Ms).

We really can't help, unless you actually tell us more: -

1. What kinda infection?
2. Where exactly on your penis is the infection?
3. Any other Symptoms?

I also have a number of skin infection on my penis foreskin before.
Mostly I quickly see a doc for that.

1. Do u have diabeties? Skin infection can be linked to diabeties. And I'm experiencing it (nt always at groin area).
2. Do you sweat a lot? I do sweat a lot. Sweat is bacteria and may be a cause for infection.

So go see the doc early. Maybe it's not STDs but may only be a case of skin infection?
If it's only skin infection, anti-biotics n some cream can cure it.
