True and false.. You try cutting it up and let the baby come out.. How big the hole you think it will be for the baby to come out but then the doctor will sew it back for your wife

Whether or not her lovehole returns to its original size depends on a number of factors: the size of the baby, the number of children she already have, and whether she does Kegel exercises regularly. After giving birth vaginally, it's normal for the vagina to be larger than it was before, and this effect generally is more pronounced after the birth of a large baby. (Nine pounds definitely qualifies as a large baby!) This is caused by relaxation of the pelvic floor musculature. These muscles will lose their tone with each successive birth, although pelvic floor exercises known as Kegels can help you tighten them up.

If she hasn't already done so, she can begin to do Kegels. Kegels involve perineal tightening and help to restore the tone of the muscles that surround the opening of the urethra, vagina, and anus. Since this includes the muscle that she uses to stop and start the flow of urine, she can check if she has identified the right muscle by testing the Kegel technique while urinating — if she can stop the flow of urine when tightening, then she is contracting the correct muscle. But don't actually do the exercises while urinating, just use that as a check to see if she is doing the exercise correctly.

As with any exercise, start doing Kegels a few at a time, a number of times each day. As her muscles start to feel stronger, gradually increase both the number of Kegels she does each day and the length of time she holds each contraction. Do the Kegels in sets of ten and try to work up to three or four sets about three times a day. Some women find that associating the exercise with certain activities (for example, while stopped at a red light, talking on the phone, or nursing the baby) helps them remember to do their Kegels. Besides improving vaginal tone, pelvic floor exercises help prevent urinary incontinence later in life.

Another option she can consider is to use Ben Wa balls. These are small weighted balls that are inserted into the vagina to strengthen its muscles. She will need all of her vaginal, anal and pelvic floor muscles to keep them inside the vaginal canal. In the beginning, you can get for your woman lighter weight ones that have a strong attached to them. To give her more pleasure, you can get for her those silicone or vibrating ones. As she slowly gets used to them, she can use heavier balls such as metal or glass balls, which will exercise her muscles more and more. Another option is vaginal tightening cream which works in the same way that anti-wrinkel cream does on your face.

isn't it better to just do anal after childbirth and give her time to strengthen back her vaginal muscles?

Yes, a woman's V will loosen after childbirth 101% guaranteed.
The usual procedure is, during natural labour, even the gynae will cut the V wider in order to widen it to help the baby's head n shoulders to come out easier.
Of cos, once baby out he will stitch what he can back.
But, here's the prob, the V is a muscle, the contracting or tightness one feels is actually the muscles at their max stretch state.
Imagine childbirth, the size of a baby over the size of ur dicky!
Tats y, now there r procedures for plastic surgery to tighten the entire V not just from outside, but all the way in :D

Lol.. yeah heard that when giving birth the birth hole will get big but its true that doctor will sew it back to its normal condition again.. :)
My dear, u r so ill informed, dun heard too much, bad for health.
Ask the men who's wife hv given birth n they will totally disagree wif wat u heard :D

Never give birth also can result in that BIG O status too. If you encounter a gal whose EX has a monster dick and once led a highly charged sex life for 6 months.
By that time, when your chance is just right at your doorstep and getting to launch your missile.

Upon hitting target, your dick at that very moment will became the spoon that stirs the coffee in the coffee cup and inside your mind will screamed:" @#$%% Told me that I'm the no 2 bf yet feel like she had been wreaked by at least 200."

However I do know that there are medicines that can help to make the BIG O to a small o. There are also cream that can heal those black-brown nipples to red-pinkish. During the treatment process, no usage of those regions or results might not be what you wish for.

So it really do not matter if the girl knows how to take care of herself.

Another way to solve the big O is by doing those penis enlargement exercise to raise your snake to Anaconda. Girls do not deserve to be fully blamed on, as a guy there are ways on our part that can be done to rectify that issue. Once that anaconda is raised, it will be your turn to bring damage to the small o belonging to others girls.
