You may like go to the posb/dbs branch and claimed you have made the fund transfer to the wrong account number and u like to get the money back.

They will ask u fill up a form and the banks will write to the account holder requesting on ur behalf. If they refund the $, all the best. but if they dun, we can serve them a writ of summon....
