Recently I have received a friend request from an unknown woman. Looks hot, and thought it was my friend's friend. But turned out to be social escort offering special services. Scam or is the industry going out of control? Link will not be given as there is records of me adding her back in weeks ago.

Just wanna check is it that common nowadays to receive such Facebook requests.
