Is $150 time or shot based?

I read in one thread that $150 gives as many shots as you can manage within the hour, but my experience once was over after my shot so I assumed that was standard. Can someone pls clarify? Thanks! :D

There was once i really forgot to tell okt beforehand though before that i had planned for two shots as damn long no release.

Into the room then i tell wl.. She let out a huhhhh but then i can see she want to be nice and say okay....

But during second shot... Took damn long but cannot shoot... Bang her until she sore and frustrated...... So i quit....

So must make sure u can and the wl is ok with it
