There have been quite a few opinions on this matter; I beileve different persons will have different views and we should respect each individuals opinion.

My personal view is that this guy should be thrown in jail, with the keys to his lock up bring thrown away. This is because if he knowingly used an underaged gal, he should be punished as he has made a misery of more than 40 people's lives because of what he did. Again, this is my opinion which not everyone may agree with.
