You can either go in ask the girl if she had taken her shower or alternatively go in and ask her take a broom to sweep the floor if you find it doesn't meet your hygienic standard. And if you are kind enough, you can provide the broom as well.

Something I would highly recommend to do when you are there.

Request for "AI TIAO", its basically a heat treatment by lighting a big 'joss-stick' and placing it near your back / parts that need the treatment. It can get rid of wind, pain and the moisture that is trapped in your body. Highly recommended.
Though it can smoke out the entire room but its worth it.
