Lorong 18 house 09 they have good cat 100. Not the best cat100 prc but should be ok lah no more top notch cat 100 :(

Lor 18 there is 2 prc fish tank which had a lot of cat100 wl. It's along with those Thai hse but i forgot hse no. Go down haf a look. 2038 had cat100 too, but note than both 1809 and 2038 are cat150 hse. Their cat100 only a few only compare to the 2 fish tanks that solely do cat100.

There shd be more but these are all I know of.

try http://gothere.sg, tells u how to get to anywhere in spore, just make sure u get the spelling right... take the bus, no need take cab... save some money for the bonking.. (-:
