I am not sure if the rule of "ratio of foreign workers vs. sg workers" applies here, if there is the case, for ur 3 jap gals, u probly need to register about 15-21 (5-7 sg workers PER gal, cant rmbr) sg worker under the same company. well there are some ways to do that (e.g. cleaning lady is counted etc.), better if u have a company in sg alrdy.
