Recently, I have been having sex with my partner for almost everyday, sometime I even shoot twice in one day. After about a month, I think I have some problem to maintain my erection.

I am not getting hard as easy as before. Last time I was very sensitive towards seductive stuff, the little thing can be harden like calling 1-2-3.

Now need longer time to make it hard. Sometime when it's hard, it will turn soft like counting 1-2-3. I need constantly stroking it to maintain hardness. I would agree with you that most of the items that you have listed out are some of the factors that will help to improve one health but bearing in mind, it is not something that could easily achieved by everyone. All men know the adverse effect of things like mental or physical stress, lack of exercise, toxin from too much alcohol and ciggi, etc.. to their sexual performance but how displined could everyone address them?
