Oso, if I bring a MacBook/MBP there to use How to change OS + MacOffice to Chinese version? Or must re-format & reinstall Mac OS Chinese version?? I not tech savy so inputs much appreciated greatly....

china buy the 山寨laptop.. cheaper. if buy branded, is expensive.
by chinese version u mean chinese input to mac office or entire mac to display chinese character????

the prior just change regional settings and input type. the latter need to chk out which ver of mac u using la...then can advise accordingly.
