Would like to find out more about a guy's opinion on body shape.

I'm standing @ 1.69m & 68kg. Some call me fat, nicer ones call me curvy. What do you think? Is such body shape a turn off in bed?

Numerically, I'd say you are on the fat side ... but that's probably only becoz you have heavy bones.
Based on the photos, your arms & thighs/calves are not fat ... maybe flabby on the tummy area, which you could work on.
Most significantly, I'd happily classify you as voluptious ... if your boobs are not saggy. :D :D :D

We all shouldn't be comparing ourselves with those in the entertainment industry. They are for show. They spend hours in the gym and go for facials and so forth.

For the average Joe or Jane, we have to be contented with an average body, whatever that means. We do not have that amount of time or energy to exercise or to spend so much effort to make ourselves look great.

Many have talked about exercising, gym, jogging, swimming etc. But hardly anyone talks about diet and food intake. Like be checking on the quantity of food intake, less fat, less salt and more fruits and veggies......

mine is 171cm, 64kg.

From picture, I thot you 60kg-62kg only. Guess your bone composition is heavy. If solid muscle mass = around 2.5 times weight of fats. All these for your reference only.

Try selection on food, time of meal and qty each meal. Of cos do go for aerobic (oxygen burning) exercise such as rope skipping, slow but long distance jog, continuous swim (preferred cos beneficial to joints), aerobics, dancing.

MOST IMPORTANT sis, be healthy and positive mind!!!! other people would say many things cos each judgement and standard differ. You know yourself BEST right?

FYI, I only stand 1.73m, but weigh 95kg. Not my balls heavy, is my bone and mass heavy and I do competitive bodybuilding years back, now is just maintaining or should I say JUST DON'T GO TOO OUT. Hee..... My BMI flunk like shit, but medical so far so good. For coming 2 decades since I started exercising, no one ever call me FAT or crap like this.
