Hi All,

With the increased raids in recent times, do you think it will be the end of the road for cheongsters like all of us?

Can see that HCs are gana raided until there's not much updates of them in the HC section anymore. At the same time OKT and their FL establishments are also being washed away by our AV tsunamis in alarming raids too. Geylang is also not the place it used to be anymore with bustling street-walkers thronging the various lorongs every night...

Soon SBF might be forced to shut down too or slowly fade away due to diminishing activities cos of frequent raids and strict legal enforcement in this trade in SG...

What do you all think?

Let me guess, SBF will start to feature more of the international section?

It's just a phase, although a long one but it too shall pass and shall look forward to the day when things are back to norm again :p
But my friends and I have been talking about it, AV is focusing a lot of attention towards hcs and mps, wonder what is the reasoning behind it.

Well bros...

From what i would interpret the govt's raids, HCs and MPs are NOT legal fark joints... only licensed ones are allowed to exist. To be fair to the ones paying tax, i think the govt is doing something about it.. :D

I honestly and seriously hope that SBF will be here forever as it's an integral part of our lives for so many years:)

SBF won't close down cos of SG Gangmen. In the 1st place, the server is not hosted in SG!

If the Gangmen wanna clamp down so much on commercial sex, then going across the causeway is also very convenient. It's cheaper too, across the causeway. Besides bonking, take the opportunity to also enjoy good food at cheaper prices, parties, shopping, etc. The Gangmen can also clamp down or tighten the stuffs / merchandise u can bring into SG from neighboring countries, but there's nothing they can do when u go parties / clubbing / drink alcohol, and bonking. For smokers, u buy 1 pack of cigarette in SG, can buy at least 2 packs in neighboring countries. I don't mind throwing away left-over / unsmoked cigarettes I bought outside SG, since I bought at such heavily discounted price. For smoking, at least my urge for the day / evening is satisfied at lower damage to my pocket. Probably some people may feel heart-pain to throw away too much, they smoke even more than normal, then feel "choked" in their lungs, and smoke lesser for at least the next day when they are back in SG.

By going across the causeway / neighboring countries, SG's economy also lose revenue / currency outflow. Not to mention, STDs will be even more difficult to manage!

TS no need to be so pessimistic lar. Take a look at the positives:

1) PRC fish tank approved! Reasonable rates from $80 to $150. Instead of one traditional source of supply from Thailand. Perhaps if got demand & our okt works hard enuf to petition to MPs, then maybe we can get Eastern European gals :D

2) More HFJ so more PRC become singers, oso opportunity for high end chicks

3) Internationalization of FLs with opening of casinos & attracting many babes from Pinoy, PRC, angmo countries to work and play in Sillypore

4) More foreign students, these young babes sure u have to find the right connection to get access to them :D

5) Our SBF bros really very good in internationalizing our cheonging. Just look at our international threads growing exponentially by the day! Go spend some time reading the threads, very "educational"!

Oso, the positives of the raids in HC/TN as AV is helping us clear old stocks. Imagine the same gal has been working in HC for the past decade? Isn't it time to see new refreshing changes in the SEX industry?

I have a feeling that these raids are out to prove a point -- to the Americans.

They have accused Singapore of not doing enough about human trafficking.

Singapore's stance is that instances of genuine human trafficking are rare in Singapore. These raids form part of the data-gathering process to show that those in the trade have not been forced into the trade.

yeah no matter what actions or raids the authorities conduct on the industry, i believe it would still somehow come back stronger and better.

like what some bros said, thinking of the positives, these raids and the subsequent rebirths might rid the industry of oldies and bring in new blood instead!

let's hope we cheongsters would have a more vibrant playing field in future!

cheers :)
