I have not covered all. As bro banana leg suggested , create a poll. I have tried a few and stick these few who provide a service that I feel right. If I get any bad ones , totally avoid them.

yes... very subjective. depend on the selecion criteria too. I have tried about 15 Cat 50... let me try to contribute.

in terms of service :
Lai Lai, Vivi, Michelle (H2)... followed by Moon

by looks :
MJ, Yen Yen, Joey

Friendliness and gfe :
Michelle (H2) and Vivi....

PS. Yes I think it's a hard to say which is the top 3.... because each category is different. Maybe the top 3 in Cat50 or Cat30 is easier to answer.:)
