Can anyone recommend me good parlours with eng speaking masseuse? I've had countless bad exp and awkward moments with non speakers. To embarrassing to even post FRs here. Haha thks fellow cheongers! :)

go to the England Parliament lah ...

bro, most PRC FLs cannot or speak very little English
unless they are local or Filipinas lah ...

try d brown sugar at fortune centre or d level 3 shop (is it tokyo? cant rmbr name) in ppl pk ctr. i cant advise u tho if they offer good massage cos im more of a PRC fan. :D
