I have been to this place a few times, the place is rather rundown.
The counter and facilities are all at 4 level. The massage rooms are
at 3rd level and everytime you opt for package, the counter man will
lead you to a downstair via staircase. 3rd level is a carpark and I believe
the rooms areas are partitioned from this car park area. The bed are very
old, even with the clean bedsheet you can still feel the torn PVC edges underneath.
From the very 1st time, I think 4 years ago till now it remains unchanged.

I frequent there in the afternoon and was very deserted, refreshment
perhaps bread and cake. You can also ask the counter staff to make you a coffee
or milo that's it. Looks cramp at 4th level.

Everytime you go for package, the staff at 3rd level will arrange for you. Seems to me
that they do not have full time girls there?
or perhaps in the afternoon all the girls are still asleep?
