From medical viewpoint, yes, u should circumcise before you have sex in your case. My case was similar. My doc advised my to circucise before having sex. I did, and that's many yrs back, probably your age then.

And it is not true that if u can musterbate, ur foreskin is ok. Not true from my experience. I had no problem musterbating, just that my foreskin didn't retract to expose the head. But this means painful or impossible sex. If I'm correct, the foreskin will tear upon having sex in such cases. That's why we all heard stories of pple f**k till dick bleed.

hey bro... no worries... I got the same situation as you.... tight foreskin, can't pull it back at all even during erection, maybe can only see the tip of the head. yeah man.exactly the same experience when i was young.
just have to pull it back little by little, best if in shower..then u'll feel the 'tingling' sensation as ya dickhead is terribly dirty/smelly.
