I use to enjoy making love with my gf by recently i slowly realise that I am begining to lose it. Last time can come 3 times within an hour now I can only make it once and to come a 2nd time requires a lot of effort. My little brother seem not being able to stay hard even after 1 hour of rest.

Okay, there are three possibilities:

(1) you are understress due to any reasons ...
(2) You are aging, and
(3) You health of your didi is facing deteriorate not due to aging ....

I think that is quite common, GF mah, every time the same holes also sian..
Last time I also have the same problem, I get bored bonking my wife.

There are two reasons,
Maybe your GF have complain about your inability to make her sextisfy or you have lost your sex thrill as the bonking session with her is quite rountie.

In thailand, the cigarette packs have printings and one of the printings says that smoking diminishes sex drives. Think for my case, it's a combination of all the above and some of my friends have recommended that drinking guinness is a good remedy but come to think of it, if am to take alcohol to cure myself than might as well stop taking medication for high blood pressure rite? :p

so conculsion ..... 1st accuse .'SMOKING" 2nd accuse "MEDICATION" and 3rd accuse "AGE" .
2nd and 3rd accuse not within our control as those sick need medication and human do age ...

For a quick fix, you can try Magix which could overcome this barrier and improve your performance pretty effectively but bear in mind, it is never meant to be the cure.

One thing though: I've not heard that smoking menthol affects your sex drive, but that it affects the quality of your sperm in the long term.
