In a backlash meant to protect victims of rape, the legislature is creating new victims by keeping out the sexual history of the complainant on the issue of consent, and allowing into evidence the sexual history of the defendant.

Also, stuff like what that judge says is g0od to kn0w. Becos if the d0nt actualy check b4 charging, . . . U could be in trouble. And. . . Its just warm and cuddly to know s0me people make a living by getting child rapists off. =p
