I am a regular visitor to L6 and have patronised the various houses. My favourite is L6H72 cos I felt many of the gals are friendly.

On Monday 19 July I went back to L6H72 and requested for a Bangkok gal called "Oo". Cannot remember whether she is G17 or G19. She has a flower tattoo at the back of her right shoulder.

Since the session on that day, I have been having a slight burning sensation on my didi. There is no discharge or growth. I am awaiting to see any new development before seeking medical help cos I do not think they can help with my present symptom.

Just like to warn brothers here to be more caution with that particular gal. I might be wrong about her but do not have anything against her or the house. As I mentioned, I had enjoyed going there all the while.

Hi:

If the burning sensation persists, I'd suggest you go have it checked, even if there is no discharge or growth. What can be done is shove that small spatula up your urethra, scrape some off and put the sample under a microscope for examination.

I repeat, even if there is no discharge and this thing persists go have it checked.

So, first thing in the morning, before you pee go straight to have the check up. They see no peeing because doing so would flush out the bacteria. The best is to do it in the morning because the bacteria would have built up enough there for them to examine. That is assuming you don't have a habit of getting up repeatedly at night to go pee.

Incidentally, of the GL ones not only Cat40 gals can give you STD. I once kena NGU from a Cat150. I can't say who for sure, because I blew much of my bonus that time on four Cat150 in two days straight. All four BBBJ, so dunno who got what. <sigh>

you mentioned that it's good to go for the checkup without taking a leak in the morning.
theoretically, it's a sensible thing to do.
but practically, i find it hard to follow.
i always hv to take a leak the first thing in the morning, the moment i wake up.
it is very difficult to 'tahan' all the way to the clinic (i take u mean the one in Kelantan Lane) unless you stay nearby.
can give some good advise?

What do you think would be the cause if the test is positive? As was asked earlier, is the test only carried out at DSC?

Take the urine sample to the clinic.

By the way, the burning sensation may cause by " infection of the urethra" I kana a few times already, u have to drink alot of water. but if still persist, then go clinic buy PP solution to wash for 1 day, see does it help, if the sensation still there. i think u better go see a doctor.

Is the intercourse with condom or without condom? If it is without, than all the fear may be necessary. If with, it could be due to the condom.

Whatever it is, go see doctor and he'll tell you what to do, scrap, or pee or whatever. :cool:

As mentioned earlier, I had protected sex with condom for fj and bj. Still surprised that I am infected.

Went to DSC this morning but had to return next week cos had pee just before going. According to the doctor, I am mostly infected with NGU.

As the symptoms of NGU will appear 1-3 weeks after infection, I do not think that it was passed to me by G17/G19. My apologies to her. As a precaution, if brothers who frequent Lor 6 would like to know the WLs whom I had patronised for the passed 3 weeks, please PM me.

I think the thread starter could have meant burning sensation on the glans of the penis ie. the head of the penis. I got this burning sensation before after having intercourse with a girl in cat 40. thought it coud be due to some friction cos condom break.

Perrymasaon, you think i could have herpes when there is shedding of skin on the head of the penis and on the skin covering the penis? or could it be some kind of yeast infection cos it smell quite bad if I dont clean the head more often (maybe twice a day). it wasnt like that before :( first happened about 3 weeks ago

No I don't think so. It most probably cause by the condom. I had the same problem (shedding of skin on the head) and I went to clinic and was told could be yeast infection . Apply the fungal cream and it worsen and my head become very itchy and turn red. So went to Specialist centre and visit dermatologist and after seeing the cream and conditions was told due to condoms. Given a dermal cream for anti allergies and within days all good and cured.

So next time go bonking, buy a good quality condom and don't use those supplied that is cheap from china. ( dunno what chemical they put on it n also the latex is low quality...)

I had thought that my condition could be due to allergy to the condom or condom's lubricant, cos it always happen after sex with condom ( which i had noticed). I will be monitoring my situation before going to DSC for advice.

U know the name of the cream? is it only on prescription?

The condom i use is durex one.


The name of the cream is eumovate ( or eurovate) by glaxosmith.

Durex has many type of caps. Some with spermicide which is allergic to our sensitive head so read the direction of the type u wanna use first. :cool:

Any pain, on the passage when u pass urine. Near your testicles (Balls) do you feel any pain ? after urine or before urine. When you awake in the morning, is the tip of your penis cover with some mild discharge ? Or there is a patch of wet spot on your underwear?

Since the UT showns negative. Now do the Scrub test. a piece of small tiny rob will scrub into ur urethra. A little discomfort or pain will occer when the rob is insert to collect some sample.

If this test are clear. You are fine.

In any case if it is STD, it could be Chlamydia, which is the most common sexually transmitted disease among the sexually active 18-30s crowd (lucky I'm 43, kekeke)

This infection is easily spread because it often causes no symptoms and may be unknowingly passed (85% of infections in women and 40% in men are without symptoms.). octors will normally prescribe oral antibiotics, usually doxycycline or Tetracycline. With treatment, the infection should clear up in about seven days. It is important to finish all of your antibiotics even if you feel better. Also you should not have sex until you have completed all of your medication.

Bear in mind your sex partner should be treated as well to prevent reinfection and further spread of the disease.

I wish I had more practical and practicable advise. I know exactly what you mean--it's damn difficult to tahan all the way to the DSC Clinic, especially if like me first thing in the morning must pee one.

Tell you what happened to me when I kena NGU. I got worried even though no pain or burning sensation, but got discharge in the morning. So I went to DSC in the afternoon. By then, of course, I already peed dunno how many times during the day. So they scraped and found nothing. The doctor there said got nothing and said it was probably left over cum, leaking out.

Next morning, same thing. But couldn't tahan, so put some of the discharge fluid into a ziplock bag, and peed, and brought to the clinic right after shower and dress up. The nurse said he couldn't check on the discharge collected at home, because first of all, by the time it gets to the DSC, the sample will have been contaminated by other bacteria, and secondly they have to scrape the sample themselves from the urethral canal--so the test would be inconclusive. He told me not to waste money, and come back the next day, but: NO PEEING.

So that night, I tried not to drink at all an hour before going to bed. Next morning, no shower, no coffee, nothing, straight away dressed up and went to the DSC. Wah lau, take cab, and just had to tahan all the way. The nurse saw me, and hurried to get the sample. Then after that, I went straight to the toilet to pee--like shower like that!!!

So really, the only advise is to take a cab. Sorry, I cannot help any more than that. I also had to suffer to get it done, cuz if they can't find the bacteria cuz the urine has flushed it out--then have to do the test again.

I'm not sure if GPs also do urethral smear, but if the test itself requires lab work, then you may have to wait longer to get the results. At the DSC Clinic, they do the smear, look at the sample through their microscope at the clinic itself, and then do the diagnosis there and then and dispense oral antibiotics if it's an NGU, or give a jab if it's gonorrhea.

in the case of NGUs and gonorrhea, it's not the urine they test. it's the bacteria in the urethral canal they want to look at, once they have been given time to grow into a sizable community. once there is that community, they look at it closely and for more specific kinds of bacteria.

in your case, perhaps you managed to flush the bacteria that was giving you the infections by peeing--perhaps a lot too, since you increased your water intake?

anyway, yup, agree with you wholeheartedly. must go see doctor if symptoms persist.

I don't know what problem you have, though I would probably say it's either a fungal problem or an allergic reaction to something. I doubt yours is herpes.

Then again, based on what a doc at DSC told me before: if got symptoms (itching etc) and they keep coming back (like maybe a couple months later, or every six months, or when under stress they come back etc), then go and ask for check up when those skin symptoms are still present.
