10 am is too early as the lady boss will usually come at 10.30am and May always arrives early to clean up the area and wash the towels. The place is brightly lighted. The lady boss is only helping out if May is around. That's why May is the lady boss pet. I have been there early as well but feel paiseh to ask May to attend to me. So end up wait for an hour for May to complete the cleaning and dim the light before going into the cubicle.

Some gals do arrive early to get an early queue from the lady boss worklist. They operate in a rotation system and if the customer does not pick a particular gal, lady boss will assign the gal based on the sequence in the arrival timelist.
