I've been reading a lot about the lack action in Japan, well prostitution is not exactly legal in Japan, coz of that its not exactly easy to find action in Japan. Once you come out of exit number 2, immediately turn right,the main road should be on your left. Just in case I remember my directions wrongly, you do not need to cross any roads to get to the shopping street. You should see it the moment you get out of the exit. Once you find the shopping street, the entire street is covered with many shops on both sides. Walk until the very end of the shopping street(should be about 10-15min walk).

Once the shopping street(cover walkway) ends, you should be around Tobita Shinchi area. Walk down a junction or 2 and explore the this area. You will see a lot of stores with small white signboards that have only a simple name on it. If you walk pass this shops, you will see a mamasan and another girl sitting at the entrance. If you see what you like, just walk in

Gaijin Friendly
I can't say for certain whether Japanese is essential since I can speak Japanese(more or less) in the first place. to say that japan's sex services (fuzoku) is expensive is the same as saying that singapore's hookers are very expensive after only visiting orchard towers. you need to know what is available, and what you should be looking for.

1. Law
japan has an anti-prostitution law that outlaws penetrative sex. this also means that non-penetrative sex is not illegal. the definition of penetrative sex is when your penis penetrates the vagina. it does not include anus, mouth, etc. this is the loophole around the law. however, it is not difficult to find FJ in japan, although it is 'illegal'.

2. Racism

Having been here for about 3 years, i must say the xenophobia is really quite extreme. I am not sure what goes into their educational curriculum but its got to change. This mindset of "looking inwards" is certainly not aiding an already sputtering economy.

If you look around non-touristy places in Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Yokohama, you definitely will not be able to venture far as a foreigner. (white/black inclusive). Just last month, while out with a white female friend of mine from Austria, we were shoo-ed away by a "reputable" japanese restaurant as recommended in the Michelin Guide. This in Tokyo, mind you. And i speak fairly decent nihongo. However, the thought of serving an authentic omakase (chef's choice) meal to 2 foreigners (both looking non-japanese, i am eurasian) certainly irked the chef's assistant enough.

If you look at the dating scene here, good luck to you if you are even remotely asian and don't speak fluent Japanese. You can be the smoothest guy in the world, decked in your finest, but most locals (outside of those visiting Jap-Americans/Eurasians) will not even offer you a single window of opportunity after your first sentence. You get the typical cutesy "gomen nasai" or "sumimasen" and then your chances get snuffed out as quick as a fire.
