Was walking thru orchard plaza and decided to explore. I came across HRC but was cautious as I've never read an FR on this place. As the place looks a bit dark, I was a bit wary.

Any bros care to share your experiences?

Plc must be only for chopping tourists unawares. Sure will stay away at all costs. But sometimes feel good to walk past and kena jio by the eye candy.
