the best thing about babenhausen is the train to frankfurt. it is not far and in frankfurt you have all the options. two minutes from the main station is the infamous red light district. hundreds of girls from all over the world. a bit sleazy atmosphere but still a good place for a short time. if you prefer a cozier environment then go to one of the numerous fkk-clubs which can be found in the area. they are like spas but with the slight difference that the girls are naked. ;)
