If u have to come Thailand, I will advise u to get a domestic ticket to fly to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Koh Samui, a bus trip to Pattaya, away from BKK city. Dun stress yourself up thinking of the water. Stress yourself up on choosing which puying. :D

i think if going to chiang mai , phuket , koh samui etc might as well fly there directly and dont go through BKK ... SQ/Silkair all have direct flight , dont even say budget airlines ...

your advice to me to go chiangmai instead i think i will take ... some more i already like chiangmai girls when i go MPs :D

Naemlo,

Tonight, my Thai friends told me that it's inevitable that Ratchada-HuayKwang area will be flooded by next week! So make sure that you and all your friends in Ratchada have enough provisions to last couple of weeks.

Also, nightlife in Bangkok is dead due to lack of girls and customers!

Good luck!

i have a free lancer number but her price is steep. but college student pretty face and body. A+ rating. price is 5500 baht/1 1/2 hour.

Honestly bro, i dont know your scale of standards are how. but i felt that the 5500 baht that i spent on this girl is definitely worth it. i had experience of FE for at least 20 years on call girls and this is one is out of the world. Btw did i mentioned that she is a bisexual? she allows you to bring another girl too if you want.

Cheaper to go Eden Club and order 2 girls from menu 4000b
The girls have great skills but only catch is they are mostly unattractive. Probably need to buy some beautiful celebrity mask to cover :D

From Bangkok post today :

"The reports said water from the drains inundated Ratchadaphisek road in front of the Civil Court and Chankasem Rajabhat-University near Ratchadaphisek-Lat Phrao intersection.

The water was reported about 10 centimetres deep and passable for all vehicles for the moment."

So the flood finally get to Ratchada right ?

You may have a black book of numbers but these bargals (especially popular ones) have even bigger black book (probably with details like nationality, age, buffalo or not, potential sponsor or not etc.) or they have photographic memory with all those details. Still no floods in Sukhumvit, Ratchada-HuayKwang and Suvarnabhumi Airport! In regards to Ratchada-HuayKwang, the flood is approximately 2 - 2.5 miles away so it's safe for now. There is a large drain tunnel located half way point between Ratchadaphisek and Sutthisan MRT Stations, If the tunnel is working properly then no flood but If the tunnel is compromised then massive flood! This afternoon, I was at the tunnel taking pictures and it doesn't look good, no cascading in the large drain tunnel!

Personally I think central Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Siam, Silom, Sathorn) won't flood coz the govt & BMA will try their best not to let it happen. The flood waters should be cleared by now but because of Red & Yellow politics some parts of the city are sacrificed. I watched their local Channel 3 news just 2 days ago and it shows the Chao Praya river's level is normal and LOWER than a flooded klong on the Thongburi side! These 2 bodies of water were just separated by a flood wall. Water could be easily pumped out into the river, that is if someone wants to do it.

The hotels in the area where I stay in was filled up with kun Thai's after Ladphrao/Jatujak was flooded last Friday. Many came in the middle of the night clutching their pillows & blankets. Bottled water situation is critical in the 7-11's with some places sold out. So goes for beer and other items! I see the shelves of the 7-11's getting barer by the day. However my hotel still provided me with 2 bottles of drinking water everyday. Shelves of the Paragon and Terminal 21 supermarkets are well stocked with food & water. So I guess 7-11's distribution network is badly affected?

Tried go clubbing in Thonglor on Sunday but was a pale shadow of its former self, left after finishing 1 drink. Construction of the annual beer gardens in front of Central World have taken a less urgent pace. Organizers say they are not in a hurry this year which usually by now should have all been almost completed.

Business part of my trip done so wanted to take a quick escape to Pattaya but heard traffic was bad & water being rationed in some 7-11's? So decided to try Bangsen? Overheard a Thai complaining over the phone to her friend... "I just came back! Terrible! Now its too crowded, not enough food, traffic jams..." So that is why I'm back early and typing this FR.

that is how you know it is serious

7-11 is the biggest distribution in BKK , if they have trouble keeping in stock ... can see how "connected" a place is by seeing how many 7-11 and how much stuff it have

Then Jakarta should be a the lest "connected" of all the former "tiger" Asian economies coz when I was last there in 2006 there wasn't a single 7-11 (or any convenience store) in sight. I thought it was because of the lawlessness, crime rates and fact that a majority of the people are like dirt poor.

The wet markets, restaurants, roadside food carts and up market supermarkets don't seem to have a problem with supply. Beer & water at the 7-11 within a 2km radius of my hotel were sold out but the Isaan roadside food stall seemed well stocked!

But maybe have to be careful of the tap water coz there are reports of it being contaminated. 7 people in one condo in flooded Nothaburi hospitalized due to severe diarrhea. I also had some issues with my bowels, something I never had during the 2 years I lived there. So brush your teeth or rinse your mouths with bottled water!

Bottled water situation is critical in the 7-11's with some places sold out. So goes for beer and other items!

that is how you know it is serious

7-11 is the biggest distribution in BKK , if they have trouble keeping in stock ... can see how "connected" a place is by seeing how many 7-11 and how much stuff it have

Traffic is bad in Pattaya even before all these floods. I was in Pattaya almost every weeks and find it almost the same as BKK.

Bottles water has disappeared months ago. Currently, BKK as in Hway Kwang down to rama 9, petchaburi, asoke, sukumvit, rama 4 are back to normal in term of instant noodles, microwave food, rice, cooking oil..... Big C, Tesco now full of stocks. Once in awhile still can buy bottles of drinking water. The only drink I can't find is beer  I am running dry without beer.

555+ I was there just after the Marriot bombings! So definitely felt really unsafe but boh pian have to go due to work.

I observed in Jakarta there is a lot of bums just lepak-ing along the road from morning til night where my hotel was. Also the "beggars" that you have to "tip" a few K Rp here and there for simple things like "helping" u park your car, "helping" your car turn into the main road, "cleaning" your car window or strumming a guitar at the intersection whilst you wait for the light to turn green etc... its either these people are just plain lazy to look for proper work or there is none at all. BTW did I mention the taxis that rip u off?

Comparing both cities, Bangkok is definitely the place for me. BTW bro thanks for the "beer" its much appreciated especially when its in short supply now! :D

IMHO nothing beats the chicken rice in Singapore! Its the best! Hway Kwang, Pratunam and those wannabe Singapore Chicken Rice in Thonglor and Ladprao can't beat Singapore's Tian Tian, Boon Tong Kee, Loy Kee, Wee Nam Kee etc... (damn! getting hungry!)

I find most Chinese food in Bangkok is not to my taste like the horrible, hard & cold braised duck in MK. Or their char siew rice which is always drenched in that horrible sweetish black sauce.

Only thing worth going for is the ban mee kiao (aka wanton mee) at XXXXX (sorry, its not the Pratunam one) or the kaao kah moo (pig leg rice) at Pratunam Soi 19.

Yes 100% agree. Thai hom mali or jasmine rice is very nice and fragrant. Have u eaten freshly harvested rice? The rice we buy in Singapore has been sitting in a quarantine warehouse for at least 3 months before it is released for sale. And Thai "chicken"... as the Cantonese say... Mo Tak Teng!

Usually wen r away for a long time, once back to sgp,i will head down to Boon Tong Kee straight from the airport. How strong your stomach? Cheap & nice means roadside stalls to me. There is popular Isaan restaurant at Intramara Soi 44, entrance abit hard to find but it's a Bht40 taxi ride away from Hway Kuang. Or else the cooked food stall at the end of Hway Kwang opposite the mini bus stop. It opens only at night til dawn. Can't miss it with bright lights and mobile toilet that's a tuk tuk! Yup, been there too. IMO, some fruits that JJ Talad selling are slightly over-price compare to my Nonthaburi Talad. They selling 5 ' meng muang' for 25 baht compare to 50 baht at JJ Talad. But for dries fruit to be purchase back for love ones at SG, JJ Talad is recommended. :)

I find most Chinese food in Bangkok is not to my taste like the horrible, hard & cold braised duck in MK. Or their char siew rice which is always drenched in that horrible sweetish black sauce.

Only thing worth going for is the ban mee kiao (aka wanton mee) at XXXXX (sorry, its not the Pratunam one)

Agree. And Boon Tong Kee is the best.
Yes the duck rice is quite bland but what I like is they do debone it so easy to it. Yaowarat Chinese food is delicious though.
The roadside ban mee is delicious much better than wanton mee though cannot compare cos as they are like 2 different dishes. The mee in wanton mee is soggy and meant to be sweet/bland so it goes well with the tastier honey roasted HK style char siew or crispy pork. On other hand, the mee in ban mee is tasty with shallots, ingredients so it goes well with bland pork- usually just pork with added color of pink/red.
Having said that I will have ban mee anytime- don't know why people like wantan mee or fishball noodle-simply quite bland in my opinion. :)

and their chicken are much better.....

Haha, yes both types of chicken are much better

No need she feed me, I feel shy. :D

Exactly my sentiments. Paiseh.
In Hatyai, Danok I see that is quite common.
It is fine if it is in a KTV or club or no hands bar but in public, it comes across as tacky.
Whether it is beautiful young girl or plain young girl, if you are old man you will invite unnecessary attention. :)

If I'm not wrong opened on 5 Nov.

Can forget about their yellow chicken rice. :p
Thanks for the head up on Thai muslim food. Agreed that the yellow chicken rice sucks unless I have been eating the sub-standard ones all along! There is also a murtabak (Thais spell mutaba) near Khao San opposite the small white fort (sorry dunno road call what name). Nearby a Thai muslim stall, also heard quite good. Last trip no visit coz area flooded! Yes, the Chao Phraya is following next to it!

What goodstuff they sell at the Isaan restaurant?555+ bro want to say "Isaan food lah!" but yeah the usual somtam, gai yang, jing joob... but tastefully prepared as all the dara's pictures on the wall can attest to. Another famous food place I finally tried (yes, despite staying there for 2 years) is Soi Polo (off Thanon Withayu, near Lumpini police station) fried chicken! Crisply deep fried chicken with lots of garlic! Aroy mak! Whats there not to like?

IMO, some fruits that JJ Talad selling are slightly over-price Thats why some Thai's refer to it as "Talad Hi-so" but luckily the fresh produce and cooked food are quite good to justify the price. Dropped by a few times to pick up some take away or something to cook on a Sunday evening after visiting JJ.

Yaowarat Chinese food is delicious though.
The roadside ban mee is delicious much better than wanton mee...
I went to a restaurant (again forget name) in Yaowarat once. Air con place that was packed (so must be good right?) with locals. Sadly their Teochew style of cooking not to my taste. But restaurant had a nostalgic feel like the kind in Singapore in the 70's/early 80's. Anybody remember the roof top restaurant on top of Cortina? Where the new Supreme Court now is? 555+

Whats the diff between ban mee and wanton mee? Depends where you order it in Bangkok but technically ban mee is the yellow egg noodles. So u can have ban mee keow (egg noodles with wanton), ban mee moo krob (with crispy pork), ban mee poo (with crab) etc... OK for chiongsters at the local go-go land of Saphan Kwai... there is a road side stall that sells a mean bowl of ban mee keow for just BHT30! Thanon Pradipat, less than 3 minute walk from the Phahonyotin/Pradipat intersection. Lots of ingredients and tastes good!

It is a lot cheaper to buy from Farmer market which cater to the local instead of JJ market.

Indianmagicoil Pii,

Yea, almost forget about the mutaba. It's come in different sizes what Sg has. In Sg, we can have it $4, $5 or even $8sgd of murtabak, but what I ate at the weekend market during the Ramadan sold by a Muslim from Haytjai, come only in one size and one price. Compare with the Sg version, I think mutaba at Bkk is much more tasty then Sg, even the famous murtabak at the Zam Zam lose to it, as those who taste the Zam Zam murtabak back then should know how the taste now compare with those were the days. Not to forget theres another one somewhere nearby my house too. Similar taste from what I had during last Ramadan. That's the reason why I would say here mutaba is better then sg murtabak. :p

BlueDragon193 Pii,

Unfortunately, I only went to the Farmer Talad once, as it's our of range from my home. Maybe if I return to Krung Thep, I will survey the price and compare with the Nonthaburi Talad na. :)

Wow didn't know beside being sexpert about pooying, lots of bros here also sexpert in Makan la. :)

....Exactly my sentiments. Paiseh.
In Hatyai, Danok I see that is quite common.
It is fine if it is in a KTV or club or no hands bar but in public, it comes across as tacky.
Whether it is beautiful young girl or plain young girl, if you are old man you will invite unnecessary attention. :)

I is an old man, eating with puying, oredi invite stares, knn. :o

But I never allow the girl to feed me. Because of a dining experience in Galaxy restaurant in BKK, 20+ years ago....:(

It was a no-hands dinner, frankly speaking I did not like the experience at all. I fell like a spastic old man, unable to feed himself. Worse now, I am old, certainly will want to eat with my own hands...... :p

555+ bro want to say "Isaan food lah!" but yeah the usual somtam, gai yang, jing joob... but tastefully prepared as all the dara's pictures on the wall can attest to. Another famous food place I finally tried (yes, despite staying there for 2 years) is Soi Polo (off Thanon Withayu, near Lumpini police station) fried chicken! Crisply deep fried chicken with lots of garlic! Aroy mak! Whats there not to like?

Thats why some Thai's refer to it as "Talad Hi-so" but luckily the fresh produce and cooked food are quite good to justify the price. Dropped by a few times to pick up some take away or something to cook on a Sunday evening after visiting JJ.

Bro, can i look u up the next time i head up to bkk, u take me to all e power food places n let me buy...swee bo?

Normal prepaid sim with short expiry (like few days to couple of mths depending on how much you to up) can easily get from any 7-11, familymart etc for about 100b
But if you go regularly to BKK better to buy yearly sim so no need to always top up. Cost about 400b
Even though can also top up these days via online website when you are not in Thailand and pay by credit card or paypal. :D

Save the hassle at the 7-11 coz the counter staff may not fully understand what u want. Get your SIM cards at the telco counters (AIS, DTAC or TRUE) when u exit the arrival gates. If using iPhone have micro Sim option. Also get a unlimited data plan. DTAC has a 7 Days unlimited 3G for BHT300 only.

Go for either AIS or DTAC. Better coverage and service. Free auto roam without need to activate in Singapore so if your tilak misses u still can SMS u sweet nothings at local rates. To receive the SMS is free in Singapore.

True Move is the worst telco provider. True has the nicest service counters/shops but as they say 好吃不好看. LOS? 555+ see their smiles disappear when they realize their English is limited and give u a "why are u bothering me" look. Call their operators, all speak Thai! You call AIS and give you English, Japanese and Chinese speaking operators! Coverage upcountry is also bad for True.

Didn't know have "yearly", "monthly" or "daily" SIM cards. As Bro Dirtbag mentions it depends how much you top up each time. Topping up BHT300 shld keep it running for a year. Keep changing SIM may not be a bad thing if you want to shake off a bad lay or sticky puying. :D

I'm been using True Move. 139baht for 100mb data usage, and 5hrs free coverage of wifi islandwide. Enough to see Facebook, and sometimes SBF.:p Total cost of the prepaid is 340baht and can las me about 20days with sometimes making call to my mum in Sg. Last time during my days in Krung Thep, I'm been using AIS, but somehow or rather I need to top up my prepaid card almost 2days once.

Yet to try DTAC, but my teerak using post prepaid on DTAC, and seems it's working perfectly for her to play whatsapp everynow and then. Unlike Sg, in Thailand those using post prepaid enjoying unlimited data and some free mins for out going calls for about 400baht per month, but downside is if you purchase a iPhone, despite signing for a contact, with the telco, you need to pay almost full price of the phone, unlike in Sg. :)

I was on True Move for 2+ years coz I bought the SIM at a 7-11 when I was there on holiday b4 so when kana posted there I juz continue using the number. Initially I felt it was OK until I went up country. Most place no signal. -5 points.

I bought a data plan separately about a year ago. Sorry can't remember for how much data but I think it was BHT100 for 30 days. Stupid thing is once data usage exceeded can't top up until expiry date of plan exactly 30 days later. WTF right? Want give them business also cannot? -10 points.

So go to their very nice store at Siam Square. Siau sao at counter poot Angrit nid noi! Alamak! Uni grad leh... so call supervisor. His England also not that powderful. End up give me irritated "stupid foreigner, this is Thailand so why can't you speak Thai" looks. -5 more points.

Then they say they can't do at the shop. "Tam mai mai dai?" I asked. No reason given just that have to call their operator. WTF? Bloody big shop and I still have to call your stupid operator? -10 points leow!

Best part call up the operator. Firstly it was a voice prompt in THAI! Lucky got tirak to help me press the correct options. Then when get through, operator poot Angrit mai dai? -5 points.

So I said screw you True Move and went downstairs to the AIS counter and bought an internet dongle + plan. coverage so much better and can use the SIM to make calls too. Have problem? No worries... call help line and you have 4 language options. True Move for city dwellers and all their money goes to their slick ads, beauty counter girls and oh so cool shops.

Bro Nonteerak, if your tilak using DTAC, suggest u use DTAC also coz cheaper to call. DTAC also has a separate 30 days unlimited data for BHT800. AIS has the best coverage but most expensive of all 3 telcos. My True Move also same problem - I suspect their call costs went up. Last time top up BHT90 can last 5 days. Now less than 2 or 3 days! Thats was the last straw!

Depends on promotion. Sometimes iPhone is "free" like Singapore. Its not easy too get a post-paid plan in Thailand if you don't have a pay slip or proof of regular income. Which is why most girls I know are on pre-paid plans :p

Guess u are outdated....:D Getting a post paid is easy as ABC. All u need is ID for local (can't roam and IDD) and credit card for foreigner. U dun even need work permit.

Why local use prepaid or should say why in our region except SG, prepaid is popular?

Reasons,

1) Tariff almost the same for post and pre paid.
2) Post paid, monthly there is a fixed amount you have to pay.
3) Pre paid, as long there is credit you can receive incoming free. This is good for poor workers and students.
4) Pre paid, you can top up as little as 10 baht to extend your sim card expiry date while still enjoy incoming free.
5) Pre paid, it is easier to throw away the current sim card and get another. Thus you can dump anyone, you want to discontinue contacting. :D
6) Post paid, you have to go thru the customer service to get a new mobile no.
7) Higher percent of mobile users in Thailand dun bother about data, roaming and other services. They just want to make and receive call, pre paid does this well.

To the Telco, pre paid = collect money first. Dun bother whether you use or dun, thus they will make pre paid as attractive as post paid.

Really? Just show credit card can already? I wanted one with a h/p bundled together but all told me I need work permit for foreigner.

Pre-paid is popular in 3rd World countries where people's salaries are low or unpredictable. I read an article couple of years back about the Philippines where pre-paid is popular mainly because of this reason. Same reason why the 7's, sari-sari's and warung's all sell dinky small packets of commonly used household commodities like oil, salt, washing powder etc...

Is this the same for Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan?

No, I use DTAC and cannot get at any counter or 7-11. A gal told me can get yearly SIM card earlier this year so I looked and asked around. Found a shop in Nana Square (not Nana Plaza :) at corner of Sukh soi 3. Nana Square is for shopping gal while Nana Plaza is for "gal shopping" (pardon the pun)
The shop in on Ground floor on the left of escalator as you go up. There is a sweet but sulky faced gal at the phone/phonecards kiosk. Bought a yearly SIM for about 400b about 1 year ago. These yearly SIM are sold by these type of specialty kiosks - there should probably be a lot at MBK.
Awesome and convenient - each time top up just 50b or 100b and extend for 1 whole year from date of topup. Now not worried about losing touch with favorite gals :D:D

Thanks Bros for your advice and suggestion:)

Status Report,

Just came back from Nataree and it was crowded with customers!

Tomorrow morning starting 10:00 am, Buddhist Monks will bless the new Nataree soapy center and everyone are invited, free food and drinks after the ceremony. Still the grand opening date hasn't been selected by the management!

Many good offers by airlines and tour agents on flights and hotels to LOS in Spore now. Really superb prices, very temping.

But i understand from the my good friends from some big tour agencies that the take up rate is still very slow esp to Bkk.

It will take some time to recover as we still hear floods and potential diseases around.

If you have a smart phone/ iphone, try download apps "fring", on the 3G to call.

Just checked fring's rate to call Singapore's mobile. 1cent (USD)
I am using fring to call my gf once every few days and the sound quality is good.

http://www.fring.com/fringout

If your call is very frequent, can take up package (monthly) deal from skype / fring.

This thread long time no post but I go dig up...

General info for bros thinking of marrying a Thai girl. Taken from a Thai legal firm's website. I like the second part about marrying a bar girl... :D

The price of dowry to be paid for your Thai bride is based on a combination of her social status, educational attainment, occupation, family background, and all other related aspects of her upbringing. Therefore, you should expect a higher dowry to be paid when you're marrying a university-educated Thai lady from a middle-class family, most especially if she is still a virgin at the time of your wedding. In these cases the average dowry price is expected to be set at 100,000- 300,000 baht.

On the other hand, Thai dowry prices would be significantly lower if you are marrying a Thai lady from a humble background and living on modest means. A lot of foreigners usually encounter a case wherein their fiancée asks for a ridiculously high price of up to a million baht for dowry even though she has not finished school or has previous experience working as a bargirl. This is one common scenario, but one has to keep in mind that if your bride-to-be is not a virgin anymore, comes from a low-income family, has a child from a previous relationship, or has already married previously, then she doesn't really deserve to be paid dowry anymore.

haha missy thailand foot in mouth. i think this year miss tiffany more swee.

Thailand's contender for the Miss Universe beauty pageant has relinquished her crown after she allegedly called for supporters of the ousted government to be executed, sparking a social media furore.

A tearful Weluree Ditsayabut, 22, said she was giving up the chance to represent her country after a barrage of online criticism upset her family.

She was accused of calling for "the execution" of the "damn Reds," a reference to the 'Red Shirt' followers of former premier Yingluck Shinawatra and her family, which has won every Thai election since 2001.

"The land of Thailand is dirty because of people who want to get rid of the monarchy," she was quoted as writing.

The remarks, made on her Facebook page late last year, have since been removed.

Political opinions of any kind can be inflammatory to the other side.

Facebook and Twitter users took aim at Weluree's physical appearance in a campaign waged in reaction to her posts about government supporters.

"She's a walking beer barrel," according to one comment on a dedicated anti-Weluree Facebook page.

"She is unsuitable for the title because of her figure, face and manners," said another comment.

Weluree, who is also a prominent actress, announced Monday that the backlash had proved too much.

"The comments that I have received were severe," the pageant queen, better known as Nong Fai, said at a news conference Monday, where she appeared without her tiara or beauty pageant sash.

"I said sorry. I understand that I am a public figure, but when I see my mother is unhappy, as a daughter I cannot be happy either. So, today I have decided to step down as Miss Universe Thailand."

Dismayed organisers did not immediately say who would inherit her title and represent Thailand at Miss Universe later this year.

"In the future we will have to carefully screen the behaviour of contestants, as well as check their social media," said Pranome Thavaravej, from Miss Universe Thailand. – AFP, June 10, 2014.

Gen. Prayuth Chanocha is expected to announce the end of the nationwide curfew today.

After fighting aggressively to have the World Cup shown for free throughout Thailand, the junta is expected to lift the curfew to coincide with the quadrennial sports event, which will air live in Thailand at 3am.

The sources said that Lt-Gen Thirachai Narkvanich, commander of the First Army Region, had already submitted to NCPO chief General Prayuth a situation assessment report which would be used for consideration to determine whether curfew should be completely lifted.

Prayuth is expected to make the announcement when he delivers his weekly address later today, Thai PBS reported.

Many Sinkie in CM ah pii... thinking of changing from Bkk to CR leh... any advise on CR?

From Bkk better change to CM gon, still have city activities and a bit kampong feel like 10-20 years ago Sg or Malaysia........if go to CR, think will be like 20-30 years backward. Anyway u can always rent condo or house for shorter period to get the feel first, best if can rent a car or bike to move around and decide better........after decided where u want to live, u can buy later.

Sinkie in CM that I know of already around 100+, a lot more I don't know and is not in our fb group.........CR so far no member yet.

Out of the 100+ sinkie in CM, we have our own smaller group, some is hokkien and some is angmo type etc. like tonight we going to 20th karaoke around 8-10 bros will join, these are more closer kakis we use to go out together, another 10-20 we know each other and only sometime will meet but not often.....all the rest we know in fb but not meet in person yet.....some funny people we also dun want to meet or know them also.

Most of us are on spouse visa, some is using volunteer visa......personally feel more easy to get a gf as compare to bkk as most girls in bkk are there to work for money while CM girls who stay in CM are not so money face (although not all) as compare to those living in bkk.

Since u r single man, is so much easier to move and just move for couple of months to try......even some married sg man also bring sg wife and kids to live in CM now.

For citizenship, u need to speak Thai and sing Thai national anthem. Just get a non immigrant visa, like spouse, retirement. If u have money, u can buy visa to stay in Thailand.

That new BCM at the Star Avenue Lifestyle Mall beside bus station Jiak Mee? you must have our kakis to bring u there i guess. Yes is own by Singaporean with Thai wife but he is in sg while his wife is running it with her sister (Uni student chio bu 555) and mom.
