My guess is to pour some herbal oil on the body, then use some kind of small wooden ball/plastic ball to apply pressure on the different body parts. If using fingers to apply pressure, smaller contact surface, so pressure is concentrated at a smaller point. If using wooden ball/plastic ball, bigger contact surface, then the applied pressure can spread evenly, so more comfortable?? Curiousity kills the cat, I must try 1st to prevent cats from dying, haha… :eek:

I tried 60 mins Thai traditional massage + 60 mins "herbal balls massage" yesterday .... the "herbal balls" is a piece of cloth in the shape of a "ball" with herbs inside .... steam the balls and use the "balls" on your back & thighs
