This is my views:

When a hardcore and serial housebreaker got caught by the Police, he will admit to all his previous cases and lead the Police to all the victims’ house units. This is to reduce his possibility of future implication.

Imagine if he only admits to one count of housebreaking and went to prison for 3 years. During his imprisonment, Police found 2 more cases related to him. The criminal will then have to face the Court of Justice and be charged for the fresh cases. It will then prolong his imprisonment terms and he may get another 3 to 4 years after serving his 3 years sentence.

The above case scenario is only applicable to hardcore criminal who know that it is best for him to admit all his crime cases with the fear of future implication. Hence, I strongly urge Ho to be honest and tell us how many times he has committed such dishonorable and shameful act.

For a typical case of molestation, Police can usually find the criminal guilty in serial cases. Molesting offenders are not typical criminal. They suffer from what we commonly known as psychotic disorder creating delusions and hallucinations symptoms which can be from the result of family problems, sudden lost of job or being cheated in a relationship, etc.

From few of the threads in this forum, we can see that Ho started his psychotic disorder behavior since 2004 (http://www.sammyboyforum.com/welcome-fl-dome-free-stds-included/24276-may-his-dick-burned-acid.html) where he started to cheat on PRC FLs for free sex. Since then, reports were filed against him.

5 years later, report against him continued to surface. From free sex, he upgraded to impersonating as Police Officer to rob from PRC FLs. During these 5 years, I can assure you that Ho has committed countless of cases and each time he succeeded in cheating his victims, he finds great pleasure and continued his disgusting act. (Please note that Ho is not a typical criminal but just someone who suffered from psychotic disorder which is similar to a molester) Unless he is being reported for fresh cases, he will never admit that he is a serial con-man who preys on PRC FLs.

Honestly, do you think that someone like Ho will really changed? I strongly doubt so. He has not learnt from his first lesson in 2004 when he was reported and he became bolder impersonating as a Police Officer for money and free sex. The delusion in him is causing him an urge to commit his disgusting act. After this incident, he probably will tone down for 2 to 3 weeks and continue on his act again. Each time he got caught, he will be smarter and try to be more evasive. He is no different from a serial molester who finds it so hard to stop his inner passion due to psychotic disorder. People like him will never feel sorry for his action as he is suffering from an illness. He needs to see a psychologist for treatment and be confined for his action.

The last incident with Gigi, it took him about 2 weeks to admit his disgusting act. Let me describe to you what Ho must be thinking when he read the thread about him:
Day 1: Fucked, bloody whore got my car number plate and handphone number and published it in the forum. Never mind, only car number plate and handphone number can't do anything to me.
Day 2: Damn, all the samsters so united to expose me.
Day 3: Damn! Now, they got my actual name.
Day 4: Damn! My photo has been displayed and they know my facebook account and email. Never mind, quickly erase photo in my facebook account and change my email. I am so proud of myself. How can I get caught after I have fucked for free and robbed FLs since 2004. This bunch of samsters are just noobies.

Gigi had been very kind to Ho accepting what is rightly owed to her, S$81,
without asking for some compensation. She could have ask for S$20,000
from Ho otherwise police case. This is a gamble where Ho had more to loose
than her and she will definitely win.

If made police report, impersonating PO and extorting is a serious offence,
and if go to court, newspaper reporter will be all over Ho with picture. Plus if
convicted, this criminal offence need to declare to his current/future

Lead the reporter to this forum and show them what Ho has done since 2004 and continued his corrupted ways as he knows well the weaknesses of PRC FLs who are afraid to go to the Police as they themselves are illegally working in Singapore.

Tell your girl and Gigi not to be afraid to expose Ho and his evil deeds. From my knowledge, Wanbao reporters will not register their particulars and they will smudge their face on the papers and television. I have a proposal. It is alright even if we are in the light and Ho is in the dark. Better still for him to know what is our course of actions and analyze what he has up in his sleeve.

i notice the thread on acidburn was removed.

let me summarise it for you.

There were two articles of people cheating elderly folks reported and since you have the money to burn and also contacts with PIs who are your friends, then my suggestion is that you hire your PI friends to keep a 24 hr lookout for people who prey on the elderly and stop them before they commit these crimes.

NOTHING has been done and I feel personally that NOTHING will ever be done because the issue here is that the FL/part-time KTV hostess friends of Beng58 will NEVER report what Ho has done to the police. PERIOD!!!

The reason why they won't do that because is if they do so then they are admitting to the police that they are working as FLs or KTV hostesses which are against the rules governing the social visit pass/work permit/student visa that they use to enter Singapore legally. Once this happens, they are likely to be charged in court and will face a prison term and get deported after that.

For the FLs, the issue is that they would rather write off these losses as just bad luck as they can easily earn back the money within a couple of hours or a day or two depending on the amount they lose. They do not want to lose all the potential earnings they could earn over the next month/year/2 years that their social visit pass or student visas or work permits entitle them to by giving a police report and then getting deported after that.

on a slightly lighter note, i do find all the remarks about 'faked' lexuses (or should that be, depending on who you ask, 'lexi'?) somewhat amusing as well. the toyota harrier and the lexus RX roll off the same lines at the toyota kyūshū plant in fukuoka (though LHD examples of the RX destined for the north american market are also manufactured at the cambridge plant in ontario, canada) and they are essentially more or less the same car so the suggestion of trickery and deceit can only be taken a certain distance. yes, differences exist, obviously, because the harrier was originally a JDM-only vehicle...the passenger-side front-fender-mounted side under-mirror which is pretty standard on JDM offroaders (though the harrier and RX are probably better characterised as 'softroaders' or even crossovers) is usually a dead giveaway. spec levels can also be pretty divergent. JDM harriers were available with 2.2-litre (and 2.4-litre later) inline-4 engines (instead of the RX's V6) and FWD-only options that may not have been available on the RX in almost all markets. which means that you could pay less and settle for a lower-spec version (though top-end JDM harriers could actually be better specced than their lexus counterparts).

complicating all this is the massive expansion of the grey import or parallel import market in japanese cars throughout the region (and beyond) since the mid-'90s. realising that they could capitalise on a not inconsiderable cost advantage, grey importers have seized a reasonable chunk of the pie in RHD markets like singapore, hong kong, malaysia, australia or new zealand (where the grey market is now THE market). when the lexus RX was eventually made available by the official local distributor, i guess the grey importers must have faced a quandary. nobody driving a luxury or near-luxury vehicle wants to be labelled a cheapo, it can be imputed. and the toyota badging would have betrayed the parallel import origins (hence the cheapo association) quite immediately. and thus the rebadging, most of which was commissioned pre-sale by the importers themselves. similar practices occurred in other RHD grey markets across the region so there is nothing uniquely singaporean here. the RX wasn't the only example either. the toyota windom was also rebadged as the lexus ES by some importers (ditto the toyota celsior/lexus LS), a car which, for all intents and purposes, it is more or less identical to (the latest 5th gen ES is LHD only and the windom nameplate has also been canned so we won't be seeing this assuredly lexus take on the familiar camry theme any more on these streets, official examples or not). so does a badge alone make something a fake? ermmm...is it so simple?

since at the heart they remain the same, i'd venture to say that charges of fakery (in this case) are at best exaggerated ones. it's hardly an example of intellectual property rights being ripped off, as is the case with some of the truly awful offerings currently churned out by the chinese car industry, the most infamous example being the 'original' (a joke, surely?) chery QQ, of course. of course a 2.4-litre harrier rebadged as an RX300 or RX330 would be stretching things a bit but how is that any more gross or in worse taste than some boy racer plastering some 'fiercesome' tuner decal on his steed of choice? how is it any more duplicitous than the non-functional go-faster (more properly 'look faster') parts that many of us plant so innocently on our rice-rockets (or wanna-be rice rockets)? what of stock standard lancers that pretend they're Evos with garish, useless intake look-alikes and truly horrendous exhaust fittings? or low-spec civics that think a Type R job is just a badge and some cheap and ill-conceived bits and pieces? the euro-snobs aren't above board either. just check out the AMG or M badges that are so outta place on basement-spec E-class or 5-series cars (forming the vast majority of their respective populations) out there...it's just so laughable... And we haven't even gone into alpina or AC schnitzer territory (emblems and stickers only, i'm afraid) quite yet... seriously, who are you tricking with that M5 badge? what were you even thinking of? REAL M5 drivers dun add badges, they DE-BADGE. anyway, if buying a parallel import is such a crime, one should really check out the number of mercs out there who come in through parallel channels. if these examples can be unquestioningly considered true benzes, what makes a lexus with some minor toyota references any less a lexus? after all, they're made in the same place and are essentially the same, right? so where does transforming a harrier into an RX truly stand in all this? i'd still think it depends but that the score is not really high la. it's a faux pas, that's for sure, but not such a terrible error or crime. more grating examples of automotive style offences abound. the real poseurs, hipsters and assorted monkeys on wheels are out there around you. you just gotta look hard enough everywhere.

happily though, lexus is now a full-fledged separate sales division even in japan so the days of the toyota-badged lexus clone are numbered. the latest 3rd gen RX doesn't have a toyota equivalent at all and is sold as a lexus even in japan. if you really wanna get that harrier, you still can though...the 2nd gen model is still available for sale there, but only with the 2.4-litre engine. so save some cash if a simple nose job and a fatter wallet is your cup of tea. and yes, you'd probably save enough for a REAL nose job. not very sure if you can customise an RX240 badge to go with it though. why not just save yourself all that trouble and live with the honesty and self-love of its toyota badging? simple and straight-forward enough...

To Mr Ho,

Some bros here seek FL because of their previous relationship in which they have been hurt emotionally. I am one such person. Being emotionally hurt, I have no courage to go to other relationship or go to Gelyang for prostitution that why I decided to search online. While getting FL here, I got very emotional and sympathized the FL’s story and got cheated by one local FL (Melody). After that incident, that is when I got to know some bros here who are like me. They gave my advice and support. I did not pursue the matter nor hunt down Melody as to look for prostitution in my opinion is my mistakes. Why seek for revenge when I am wrong in the first place? Seeking more revenge is not going to help you in any way. It will only bring you more trouble.

I am not sure what you had experienced in your past but from the incident, you are not poor to the extent to seek for free service and steal money. You are rich and you cannot pay and need to steal? It is like a child from a rich family, stealing stuffs in shopping centre. It may be revenge to FL as you may have experience some bad FL cheating you. Now that Samsters here are hunting you down, you are seeking revenge again. Is this the right way to do? You are going no where but to let the whole world know what you have done in your previous years of misery. Revenge is not the way to resolve any incident.

When the victim chooses to remain silent, then there is NO case at all. If no police report is made, then what case is there against HO and what can the police do???

As I said in my earlier posts, all this talking is getting nowhere. Will any FL/WL/KTV hostess ever go to the police to make a report that she has been beaten up by her customer, had money stolen, ass fucked against her consent etc?

A JOBLESS man who pretended to be an anti-vice policeman to prey on prostitutes, was yesterday jailed for seven years.

Sivakumar Shanmugan, 31, will also be caned the maximum 24 strokes.

He pleaded guilty to 10 charges of impersonating a police officer, robbery and cheating. Two other charges were taken into consideration during sentencing.

Sivakumar would hire a prostitute, and take her to a budget hotel on the pretext of having sex.

But once inside the hotel room, he would flash his expired Environment Ministry pass bearing his photo and identify himself as an anti-vice officer.

He would rifle through woman's belongings and make off with her money and mobile phone.

He did this to five prostitutes.

In some cases, he bound the women's hands with plastic flex-cuffs while he went through their things.

Between February and July last year, Sivakumar stole a total of about $6,000 from the women.

In mitigation, his lawyer, Mr Dinagaran said his client, married with two young children, had to borrow money from loan sharks after being retrenched from his security guard job.

Sivakumar had only intended to get enough money to keep the illegal moneylenders at bay, he said.

He still faces more than 50 charges for impersonating a police officer, cheating and theft.

Well... not always the case if you know the Law. Let me quote some Case Law Study here for your information:

Continuing a case against the victim's wishes or without a victim’s statement

Generally, the more serious the offence (for example, because of the level of violence used or the real and continuing threat to the victim or others), the more likely we are to prosecute in the public interest, even if the victim says they do not wish us to do so.

In cases where we have sufficient other evidence, we may decide to proceed without relying on the evidence of the victim at all.

If we decide that the case should continue and that it is necessary to rely on the victim's evidence to prove the case, we have to decide:

whether we should apply to the court to use the victim's statement as evidence without the victim having to give evidence in court;
if we can proceed with the prosecution by helping the victim to attend court by the use of special measures; and
whether we should compel the victim to give evidence in person in court.
Background information is crucial in helping a prosecutor to make the correct decision about how to proceed in a case where the victim has withdrawn their support for the prosecution.

In a murder case, who are the victim and the complainant? You may say that the victim is the deceased person but he/she is already dead and cannot speak for himself/herself. However, Police still need to conduct investigation to apprehend the accused person and trial him/her in Court with forensic and sound evidences. Therefore, without recorded statement from a victim or a complainant, the accused person can still be trialed and sentenced.

Here is another case where the accused admitted without qualification and pleaded guilty to his offences in which evidences from the victim is not necessary.

Let us now look into Ho’s case:

1) PRC Gigi (victim) was induced by fear to surrender a sum of SGD81.00 to Ho (accused) when Ho impersonated himself as a Police Officer. The accused flashed an identification card to the victim and claimed it to be a Police Warrant Card and demanded for money. The accused is thereby liable for a case of Impersonating as a Public Servant and possibly Robbery.

2) The incident between victim and accused was made known in this forum. Out of fear, the accused sent a PM to the thread starter (complainant) to settle the matter amicably. Victim and complainant agreed with the accused on the compensation and a sum of SGD100.00 was transferred from the accused’s bank account to the victim’s bank account in China.

3) Evidences:

a) Accused has admitted his act in this forum. There is an entry of self admission.

b) The transfer of money from the accused to the victim can be traced through a tracert request by the Police to the relevant bank. Here, we can obtain material evidences from the above self admission by the accused.

c) Out of guilt, the accused quickly removed his facebook account. Screenshot evidences of his facebook account before and after the incident can be used as material evidences.

4) Another PRC woman (victim2) has also alleged that the accused robbed from her in a dark alley while impersonating as a Police Officer. Victim2 was induced with fear and surrendered a sum of SGD900.00 to the accused. The accused is thereby liable for a 2nd count of Impersonating as a Public Servant and possibly Robbery.

5) During a photo identification conducted by Beng58 (complainant2), victim2 clearly identified the accused.

I don’t like what I read in recent 3 threads created by sammy users here. They published the personal details of Singaporeans over petty accusations from freelancing whores.

What they published – Their personal names, their company names & addresses, handphone nos, NRIC No, Car Plate No, Home address, Photos etc etc that violated the privacy of these Singaporeans and potentially cause much harm to these Singaporeans and their families.

Some have even lost their present jobs because of such information being revealed in the Internet.

Worse, they demanded exorbitant fees from victims to compensate these whores and threatened with punishment such as beating the men up, damaging their cars or even visiting them at home to harass their families, should these victims do not meet their “terms and conditions”

I do not see the fuss on what these bullies are angry with and cannot stand them bullying Singaporeans over Chinese whores. These whores are already working illegally through freelancing and hence potentially transmitting HIV and STDs diseases in Singapore. On top of that, they have conned many Singaporean men of their lifesaving monies as well as CPF.

What do these whores deserved to get over USD $1000 when what they claimed to lose just SGD $80-100? Come on, by spreading their legs apart over 10-20 minutes, they will already be getting back $100-200.

On top of this, these could be just an one-sided story from whores ! So you guys still try to act hero by demanding 10 times the compensation ?

For your information, I’ve saved every single web pages of those threads and as an added “safety”, I’ve captured them in gif images so that you guys cannot deny in the future. You can edit or delete your previous postings now but it’s too late, hahaha, you cannot edit the gif images captured in my macbook.

(2) You guys keep talking as if you’re some super intelligent men from CSI or Sherlock Homes. Fact is, me too ! I’m in the processing of analyzing every IP address of each postings I’ve saved and from time to time, I’ll forward them to Police for their investigation on your threats.

(3) Many of you are bullying Singaporeans over whores are due to the fact you're are living off as pimps. I've gathered some information of you guys and even if you have multiple accounts, I’ve managed to track each of your nicks using your IP addresses

I’ve also compiled a list of the whores that work under you and their information – names and handphone will be forwarded to Police together with your IP address and account nos.

For your information, soliciting of commercial sex is illegal in Singapore.

(4) What do I intend to do on findings in (2) and (3) ? You guys keeping talking about threatening people to expose them to either Police, STOMP, AsiaOne, SingMing, WanBao etc etc. Ok, thanks for reminding that, I’ll melt out the same karma to you. You guys should have a taste of your medicine too !

(5) For a start, for those who are threatening the victims or working as pimps, over the next few months, I’ll slowly but progressively submit my findings to Police, STOMP, SingMing etc etc. I’ve found a list of email addresses from Singapore Police website – Singapore Police Force. What I’ll do is, over a period of 1 month, I’ll send out emails to each of these divisions every 2-3 days.

(6) Why I want to do this ? Because I’m afraid if I send only 1 email, that email could be lost ! In addition, from what I read in newspapers, sometimes, some policemen may accept either bribes or free sex from these whores. They may not want to investigate even they receive my emails. So by emailing to every department, the hit rate of success would be guaranteed. In addition, when they received multiple complaints over same people, they will have to open a new case file for investigation.

So get ready for your file to be created !

(7) I’ll wait for 2-3 months for the Police to carry out their investigation. After that, I’ll carry out the next step. You guys talked about STOMP, SingMing etc. I’ll send the information to STOMP and if they do not publish, I’ll send to SingMing. If they still do not publish, I’ll continue to send to MYP, WanBao, AsiaOne etc until one of them published. This may take another 2-3 months, but never mind, I’m patient enough to entertain you all.

(8) Besides reporting to Police for your pimping acts, I’ll also inform the Singapore Women’s Charter society for you guys living off on women. I’ve managed to retrieve their email address using Google. I’ll also inform the female Members of Parliament for your acts, using their email addresses published on their web sites or face book.

(9) Many of you tap on your friends working in Singtel, M1, Starhub etc or in fact, some of you could be working here (based on the list of IP addresses I’ve managed to track) to retrieve customers addresses based on either IP addresses or handphone nos. You’re breaking the law here on data privacy. Once I’ve completed my list of IP addresses analysis, I’ll forward them to Singtel, M1 and Starhub for them to carry out internal audit check on their staff for wrongfully revealing customer home addresses and personal particulars.

(10) Of yes, since you folks are fond of these Chinese whores and acting hero for them, let me see how you're going to protect them when I'll be handling their handphones to Police as well.

1) KTV gal got cheated of $900 by someone who impersonated a police officer and she went to complain to Beng58.

2) Another thread started that said Ho stole $81 from another FL and after many ding and dongs, $100 was paid to settle the issue.

3) Beng58 then printed out Ho's photo and the gal whose money was stolen some 1 month ago (I think) said that YES!!! This is the GOD DAMN Mother Fucker who stole my $900!!!

I can understand Beng's frustration over this issue as the said KTV girl is his friend. Beng decided not to press on the issue probably coz the victim do not want to be in a difficult situation. The victim could be on a 2 years Student Pass and exposing the incident may jeopardize her Student Pass being revoked.

Anyway, just to keep you posted of what I have done:

Based on the location of both the incidents, I have forwarded an information report to Bedok Police Division quoting relevant links from this forum and Asiaone. Today, I have received an interim reply from the Crime Clerk stating that the information has been forwarded to the Division Intelligence Unit and Police shall review the case.

With an information report filed with the Police, they can cross-examine similar cases which are not solved. Ho is lucky that Gigi and Beng's KTV girl do not wish to pursue the matter. However, we do not know if previous cases have been reported with victims who want to see justice done.

In addition, I have met with a very close friend who is an editor from The Singapore Press Holdings Ltd. He has forwarded my article about Ho to his colleague "Liang" at Wanbao. With an information report filed with the Police, they can cross-examine similar cases which are not solved. Ho is lucky that Gigi and Beng's KTV girl do not wish to pursue the matter. However, we do not know if previous cases have been reported with victims who want to see justice done.
