Recently the checks are quite stringent. I was stopped twice at the customs checkpoint but I managed to "escape" the checks as one of my buddy happened to be on duty. I was told that they have received orders not to allow anyone with more than the limit to be brought into the country. Duty on the excess quantity will be charged. But the trouble of having to wait and pay the fine is a chore that should be avoided. So, lets say stay within the limit and that should be fine.

Finally had the chance to try out Emporium Spa yest evening. Facilities wise, its newer and much cleaner than the Tropical Spa IMHO, but this means its more expensive as well.

Wanted to try out therapist 22,27,55 and 80 as recommended by bro qibye. but appraently only 80 is left. Unfortunately, she was serving another bro and so the counter ppl recommended me no. 71.

Bro...i really suggest you postpone the trip. Nothing will be achieve there during the fasting month. All (at least most) companies close at 4pm everday as everyone (the Muslim) goes home early to break the fast or they have companies gathering or gathering with clients to break the fast together. The restaurant are all packed and most of the time are fully booked. I stayed in a 5 star hotel once and went to the cafe for dinner. i was shocked is full and they asked me to have room service...(even i was a house guest)

Night spots all closes in the first week. I believe even in the Hotels, all pubs and lounges are to be closed on the first day...

After many emails and phone calls, we settled on an itinerary. I departed for Jakarta and anxiously met up with him. Fear and trepidation coursed through my veins as I met up with him. Here I was in foreign land, with no friends, and a whole stack of cash (the agent only accepted cash). He could have killed and left me there. Thankfully, that didn’t happen! In a country where everything is so corrupt, it was hard for me to trust anyone – but slowly with small acts where his integrity was tested, I started to trust him.

So anyways, on with the hanky panky details of my trip

Day 1 – Arrived Jakarta (flew business class – got the upgrade because I’m a frequent flyer). Went straight to Alexis from the airport. When I got there (7th floor), it was packed! No more free lockers and we couldn’t use the sauna. There are just too many people there after 8pm on a weekday. While the quality and numbers of girls is the best in Jakarta, their attention to guests is severely lacking. Needing to release, I sought refuge at Maliboro. This place may in appearance seem lower class than alexis, but, the girls (quality and quantity) is still up there. In my books, #2 in Jakarta if you have the money. - extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s adult night life
- him being vigilant about keeping your best interests at heart financially and ‘cheongingly’. I observed this personally. He was actually keeping a running tally of how much I spent and kept asking are you sure? Have I exceeded your budget? He even started to read my mind when it came to girls!
- stimulating conversation. The head agent, who was my guide, has led an exceptionally interesting life.
- for the romantically challenged e.g. me, tips on making a working girl swoon and thus going that extra mile for you
- an invaluable contact for Jakarta. Talk with him and you’ll realize that this guy is connected and can get you out of many stick situations, and access to many private establishments.

In conclusion, I did spend a phenomenal amount of money while I was in Jakarta, but I wanted to experience different things and have fun. The travel agent met this objective of mine, in fact he went above and beyond in many instances.

Bro...i really suggest you postpone the trip. Nothing will be achieve there during the fasting month. All (at least most) companies close at 4pm everday as everyone (the Muslim) goes home early to break the fast or they have companies gathering or gathering with clients to break the fast together. The restaurant are all packed and most of the time are fully booked. I stayed in a 5 star hotel once and went to the cafe for dinner. i was shocked is full and they asked me to have room service...(even i was a house guest)

Night spots all closes in the first week. I believe even in the Hotels, all pubs and lounges are to be closed on the first day...

So you really should consider unless you are there to sign a huge contract..Good luck

Here I was in foreign land, with no friends, and a whole stack of cash (the agent only accepted cash). He could have killed and left me there. Thankfully, that didn’t happen! In a country where everything is so corrupt, it was hard for me to trust anyone – but slowly with small acts where his integrity was tested, I started to trust him.

So anyways, on with the hanky panky details of my trip

Day 1 – Arrived Jakarta (flew business class – got the upgrade because I’m a frequent flyer). Went straight to Alexis from the airport. When I got there (7th floor), it was packed! No more free lockers and we couldn’t use the sauna. There are just too many people there after 8pm on a weekday. While the quality and numbers of girls is the best in Jakarta, their attention to guests is severely lacking. Needing to release, I sought refuge at Maliboro. This place may in appearance seem lower class than alexis, but, the girls (quality and quantity) is still up there. In my books, #2 in Jakarta if you have the money. - discounts at a number of venues he’s chummy with (which is a fair amount). Note he doesn’t force you to go to his venues, you very much drive where you want to go
- extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s adult night life
- him being vigilant about keeping your best interests at heart financially and ‘cheongingly’. I observed this personally. He was actually keeping a running tally of how much I spent and kept asking are you sure? Have I exceeded your budget? He even started to read my mind when it came to girls!
- stimulating conversation. The head agent, who was my guide, has led an exceptionally interesting life.
- for the romantically challenged e.g. me, tips on making a working girl swoon and thus going that extra mile for you
- an invaluable contact for Jakarta. Talk with him and you’ll realize that this guy is connected and can get you out of many stick situations, and access to many private establishments.

In conclusion, I did spend a phenomenal amount of money while I was in Jakarta, but I wanted to experience different things and have fun. The travel agent met this objective of mine, in fact he went above and beyond in many instances.

If you want to do Jakarta on the cheap, my advice for those out there is to read up on all the FR reports here and go around visiting in bluebirds (perhaps charter one). You'll have a swell time. You might want to reconsider this sex travel agent. All of the prices you quote are way over the typical prices paid in these venues; sometimes more than double or triple! Plus putting you in the Novotel (which is quite nice and easily booked for 400-450K) seems like a bad recc as you spent most of your time in South Jakarta on the other end of town. Too much traffic and too many police checkpoints to potentially cross at night. Finally, this agent isn't showing you anyplace that is out of the way or difficult to find. A quick look at online forums would direct to places like Blok M, CJ's, and Travel. And these are all easy to find. I understand some people are more comfortable getting shown the ropes, but I think it's a shame that you are getting price gouged like this. I hope other brothers don't get gouged the same.

Quite obvious how they operate, you are not the first person who visited Jakarta. As agents, you will already get a discount on the services of the girl. That discount is the commission earned. You are not supposed mark up another 300-500% and ask the poor unsuspecting sbf customer to cough up. Why, would anyone want to pay 600,000-1.5 million rupiah for a 300,000 girl? So let me re-itterate, this is a pure CON job! Not only that, it is quite obvious you are creating clones to post here which in the end you end up fooling yourself.
